Intertape’s USA Series case sealers are adjustable, operator fed machines that process same sized RSC style cases. Interpack offers a USA series machine for every application and every budget. From powder coated carbon steel to food grade stainless steel, Interpack machines are built to last. Choose from side belt drive, bottom belt drive, or top & bottom belt drive.
USA Series | Side Belt Drive Models
This is the most common drive style in the world. Its side belts contact the case on the lower portion of each side of the case. It will “capture” the case between moving side belts as it propels it past upper and lower tape heads. It requires no downward pressure from the upper head as it processes cases, and as such, is ideal for pre-sealing the bottoms of empty cases prior to packing. This style will process a wide variety of case dimensions but certain extremely heavy or extremely unstable cases may be better processed on a top & bottom belt drive.
| USA 20-B | Side Belt Drive
The USA 20-B is used to primarily seal the bottoms of uniform cases in preparation for packing. Other uses include sealing full telescopic style cases.

USA Series | Bottom Belt Drive Models
This common drive style provides the benefit of simplicity of design and is appropriate for many applications. The case is carried past the tape heads on the tops of twin bottom belts. This style requires some downward pressure form the upper head assembly to propel it past the tape heads. This requirement may make it unsuitable for lightweight, unstable, void filled or narrow case sizes.

USA Series | Top & Bottom Belt Drive Models
This premium drive style “captures” the case between four drive belts located above and below the case. This configuration provides maximum stability since it applies force to the strongest areas of the case which is in the direction of the fluting of the corrugated. Minimizing force is applied while the case is processing. This style processes the widest variety of case dimension but certain narrow width cases may be better suited on side belt drives.
